CREW PLACEMENT

Here at Escafandra Yacht Management, we understand that of utmost importance is the quality of crew entrusted with your yacht asset, family, and guests.

We have the experience and background to help you with obtaining the professional crew who can make your yacht ownership experience exceptional. We welcome applications from Deck, Engineering, and Interior professionals holding STCW 95 certification, who may be ready for a new challenge either now or in the near future.

We make it a priority to research the backgrounds and references of the potential crew and meet with them. It is essential that crew searching for a placement, introduce themselves in person, and to make themselves available to comply with our placement staff.

All Candidates should hold as a minimum a basic training certification to the “Standards of Training Certificate and Watchkeeping, STCW 95 qualifications and an ENG1 or USCG medical exam. Any additional training and experience are to the advantage of the candidate, while the appropriate Certificates of Competency will be required for Captain, Deck, and Engineer positions.
